The agreement between you and Apex Finance Refine.
Effective Date: September 10, 2026These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Apex Finance Refine website and any services offered through it. By accessing the site, submitting a form, or entering an engagement, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
Apex Finance Refine provides financial consulting, insurance needs analysis, asset management guidance, investment planning, portfolio management and annual financial reviews to clients across the United States. Specific deliverables, scope and service levels are defined in the membership plan you select (Essentials, Wealth Builder or Private Client) and any signed engagement agreement.

A fiduciary advisory relationship begins only upon execution of a written engagement agreement. Apex Finance Refine does not custody client assets; assets remain held at independent qualified custodians in the client's name. Trading authority, where granted, is limited and revocable per your written authorization.
Memberships are month-to-month. You may cancel at any time by email; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month. Because services are delivered continuously, fees for partially used months are non-refundable except where required by law or where we have materially failed to deliver the described services.
All content, branding, logos, graphics, text and code on this site are the property of Apex Finance Refine or its licensors and are protected by US copyright and trademark law. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use. Reproduction, redistribution, scraping or commercial exploitation without written permission is prohibited.
By submitting forms or messages, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use the content solely to respond to and service your request. You represent that submissions are lawful, accurate and do not infringe third-party rights. Do not transmit sensitive data (e.g., full account numbers, SSNs) through unsecured forms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apex Finance Refine shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from use of the website or reliance on general content. Our aggregate liability arising out of any engagement is limited to the fees paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apex Finance Refine and its officers, employees and partners from claims arising out of your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or provision of false or incomplete information.
Use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. Newsletter subscriptions may be cancelled at any time via unsubscribe.html.
We may suspend or terminate website access or an engagement for fraud, abuse, non-payment, or conduct that violates these Terms or applicable law, providing notice where practicable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties will first attempt good-faith resolution; unresolved disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Honolulu County, Hawaii, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any signed engagement agreement, constitute the entire agreement regarding website use.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance. The effective date above indicates the latest revision.
